First announcement of PULS

The Czech Republic delegate to the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee at the United Nations Committee for Peaceful Use of Space (UN COPUOS) in Vienna announced the scientific initiative by certain scientific institutions called Peaceful Use of Lasers in Space – PULS and stated general official support for the initiative.
